After the heat race (2nd derby)
Here is our car after 2 derbies. The 1st derby was a stock derby, no welding allowed. We had a good day and the car ran
strong for most of the day. We ended up in 2nd place in the early Ipswch derby that day. After the derby we pulled the passenger
door out and welded it up for the next one.
Here is the car totaled. I drove it in the heat race, feature and car football in the 1st derby getting 1st in my heat and
2nd in the feature. In the next derby I was in 4th in the heat, 4th in the consi and I let my pitman drive the dash for cash.
After that Alice still drove in the powder puff where the car just buckled too much and the shifter bound up and she couldn't
find reverse. All in all a good car that I wouldn't hesitate running if I found another one.
