This is our GM experience. Now I know the die hard GM people will say these are just crappy cars to start with, but it turned
me off to all GM products. Both cars went to the ground and both cars wouldn't run well at all. The 79 Olds 98 (Purple car)
got hot and wouldn't re-start. The 80 Olds Custom Cruiser wagon went plowing dirt on the first hit. The welded posi helped
her last a little longer, but still the car was a POS.
Now when I find a GM it gets sold or traded for mopar.
